FAQs

You’ve Got Questions. We’ve Got Answers.

My pet has a special diet. Can their needs be accommodated?

Yes! We can follow the specific feeding schedule you have in place for your dog, and we have a refrigerator in the boarding space to store fresh food.

How can I check on my pet during their stay?

We send pictures and updates daily of your pup so you can see all the fun they're having during their stay. We understand boarding can be stressful for pet parents so feel free to call or text at any time to get additional updates.

Can we meet before my dogs stay?

Yes! We prefer to meet all dogs we board prior to their stay. This allows your dog to become familiar with the space they'll be staying, and gives you an opportunity to see the boarding area and ask more questions.

What do you supply for overnight boarding?

We have all the supplies needed for your pets stay, the only items you should bring are:

  • Food

  • Treats and Chews (if your dog is on a specialized diet)

  • Toys (optional)

  • Beds and blankets (optional)

What types of dogs do you take?

We are equipped to board all sizes from tall to small! All breeds and ages welcome.

Does my dog need to be vaccinated?

We are required under PA State Kennel Licenses Law to have copies of up to date records on site for all dogs we board. Required vaccines are Rabies, DHPP (also know as 5-in-1, DAPP, or DA2PP), & Bordatella.

Can you provide specialized care for my dog?

As a small boarding company, we pride ourselves in the ability to provide individualized care for your pup. Our priority is making them feel safe, happy, and at home!

Can you administer medication?

Yes, we are able to administer oral medications and injections.

My two dogs are a bonded pair, can they stay together?

Absolutely! Our extra large enclosures allow for two to three dogs of the same family to stay together.

My dog is not friendly with other dogs. Can they be boarded?

We understand not every dog gets along well in social settings. As long as your pup is friendly towards people, we are able to accommodate individual yard time apart from other dogs, and ensure your dog still has a fun stay!
